We are very pleased to announce the newest product from Flexview Systems. It recently received the Editors Choice award in the June 2011 Dental Products Report magazine. This Overhead monitor mount system comes from the design team that revolutionized the industry with the ground breaking mobility of the Flexview Pro. This NEW overhead monitor is available in fixed ceiling or wall and can hold any monitor weighing up to 20 lbs.

With its tremendous range of motion, the Flexview lets you position your monitor where it is always in view, whether your patients are sitting upright or reclined. Ideal for case presentation and patient education, and also for entertainment during procedures. While the design is not as robust as the Flexview Pro it does come at an attractive price point. It recently received the Editors Choice award in the June 2011 Dental Products Report magazine.

The design of this overhead mount is sleek and modern and utilizes Flexview’s patented pivot system. The Flexview is easily moved without having to loosen and tighten pivot points, and a large internal cable-run keeps cables out of sight and free of snags. Manufactured in the USA from the highest quality materials, Flexviews are constructed to last well beyond their 1-year warranty.

If you are interested in more information about this product, or would like a demo, please feel free to contact us. We would be more than happy to explain how this product can help you take your practice to the next level.

HDTV programming is also more afforadable now than ever, all the more reason to add it to your home or dental practice.   Nothing looks better on a Flexview’s LED TV than High Def TV or a Blu-Ray movie!    For more information on some of the more popular electronics in the marketplace, click here.

5 reasons why Flexview HD is still the best doctor-patient monitor.

In this era of constantly improving technology, very few things are designed to last. Since the first Flexview HD Media Delivery System hit the market, it set a new standard in medical patient monitors. Years later, it continues to outshine the competition. We are excited about what Flexview might have to offer in the future.  Here are 5 reasons why we still think Flexview is the best:

1. Range of motion. The Flexview HD media delivery system was designed by a dentist for optimum mobility. The monitor arm is actually equipped with 5-axis points giving it better mobility than the track light. Even when a patient is fully reclined, the screen can be tilted to be easily seen. Literally it can be moved by the touch of a finger (and it stays put). Now if I could just have one installed in my bedroom…

2. Big HD screen. There is nothing more disappointing than spending your hard earned money on new technology that displays a fuzzy picture. With options of a 19″ or 22″ HD screen, this screen brings crystal clear high definition picture right to your op. Why wouldn’t you want to have this technology in your office?

3. Looks Good. Do not underestimate the “Feng Shui” factor. Doctor’s offices can easily get cluttered with odd shaped equipment. The Flexview HD has a sleek modern design that makes an op look complete.

4. Plays nice with others. It integrates with the other technology you are already using. The Flexview HD comes prewired to plug right into your computer, BluRay video, cable TV, intraoral camera, etc. Doctors love being able to show x-rays, patient education, and yes… movies. It even has extra wiring in case you want to hook up something we have not thought of yet.

5. Glides on both the DCI & Midmark tracklights. When the Flexview HD was being designed, one of the major concerns was making it work on the existing track. Having 2 tracks was simply not an option. Flexview has found a way to install it’s system without impeding the movement of the light. In fact the two fit so perfectly together you would think they were designed to be parters.

How to be better in 2011

Recently we took a few minutes to think about what we accomplished last year and how we can be better this year. I challenge you to do the same. I decided to share a few of the highlights of our meeting.

Here are a couple things we want to continue doing right:

  1. Fantastic customer support. I can proudly say that we went above and beyond to make sure every customer was impressed with the service we offer. There were nights our technicians had to stay late into the night to make sure every piece of equipment was operating properly so the dental office could open the next morning. Other times we were happy to jump on a flight to make a small repair to ensure our customers knew they were important to us.
  2. Latest Technology. As the world turns, technology continues to impress us. We have sought out the latest technology and have offered it to the medical community. For example, the Flexview System is still the best media delivery system on the market.

Here are a couple things we want to focus on this year:

  1. Higher visiblity. In the past we have been very minimalistic in our approach to marketing. We attribute our success to great customer service and word of mouth. This year we want to have a larger presence in the dental community.
  2. New products. While we have always offered the latest technology, this year we are going to add some exciting new product lines that will make a big splash in the dental community. In today’s world you cannot afford to stand still, it’s important to continually update in order to stay relevant. Stay tuned for more information about new products.
